Payment made by direct debit is only available through German bank accounts. Value of goods limit for new customers: 100 Euro max.

MASTERCARD and VISA are accepted. We require the Card Verification Code (CVC) and your password for 3Dsecure. Value of goods limit for new customers: 500 Euro max.

After your order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation with our bank connection. You may transfer the amount invoiced in advance. This way you do not need to send your creditcard data via internet.

Cash on delivery is only available for German addresses. If you choose cash on delivery you must pay an additional 6,26 euro. We charge 4,26 euro including 19% sales tax (MwSt) and the postal service charges 2 euro on delivery.

We only deliver by purchase order to universities, schools, public authorities, public institutions, and similar bodies, as well as corporations with a commercial register. First the option "sale on account" must be unlocked in the online shop. Please register in the online shop and follow through by sending us a copy of your commercial register. The option "sale on account" will be activated shortly.

The commitment of the prefered payment method is chosen by the customer during the order process. Whether we can support this choice depends on an address and credit assessment. The Dr. Zellmer GmbH has the right in individual circumstances to confirm a request only by way of cash on delivery or prepayment. If this restriction is the case, the customer will be informed and he will have the option to accept or decline the offer with the altered conditions.
